National Village Conference 2020 Postponed

Dear Members, Friends and Supporters,

Village to Village Network is very proud of all the work that our Villages are doing to help their communities and their members. This is an unbelievable time in our history and challenges that we have never faced as a nation. We have heard and helped so many Villages throughout the country navigate this new spectrum of helping our seniors AND also our communities. We appreciate all the support and best practices our Villages continue to share with each other.

VtV Network Board of Directors made a very tough decision to postpone this year’s National Village Conference scheduled for October 5-7 in Charlotte. It was not an easy decision to make but given our current times and the financial strains on Villages and sponsors, we collectively decided to postpone. We regret having to make this choice as the Conference is an annual highlight for all of us. We are working with the hotel to secure new dates and will keep you posted.

Please contact us if you have already registered. If you have already made hotel reservations with the Marriott, please contact them to cancel your room reservation.

A lot of time and energy has gone into preparing for this event. We thank our planning committee for all their hard work.

We ask you to continue to financially support the Network. Cancelling the NVC means a loss of revenue. We are a nonprofit that relies on membership dues, donations and the revenue that the annual conference produces. We ask you kindly to consider a donation to help defray the costs of this year’s cancelled conference. We would greatly appreciate your support.
