LinkAbility: Students and Older Adults Working Together -

LinkAbility is a non-profit that promotes culture change in action through community service for students. They work with senior citizens and together they make a healthy lifestyle change in the community. LinkAbility has many projects such as the Azheimer's Music Project (Called "AMP"), the Garden Legacy Project, and the Bio Legacy Project. Hear about these projects and other ongoing, educational and fun activities that are making changes for people.

 
During this webinar we will hear from Janice Brahms-Butler, Executive Director of LinkAbility as well as Julie Upchurch, UNC Student and Intern for LinkAbilty (Explaining the Bio Legacy Project and AMP)Sam Wolpert, High School Student and Intern for LinkAbility (Explaining the Garden Legacy Project) and Mary and Darryl Freedman- Senior Citizen Volunteers (Explaining the years of volunteering with Linkability, creators of the Video).  To see a little preview of what we will learn about watch the LinkAbility "commerical" here.
