The VtV/ClubExpress Users group leads occasional “Best Practices” Webinars.  The first of these will be “How to find volunteers to fill service requests and how to choose between CE capabilities to support this filling requests.”  Dick Elkin from Nauset Neighbors will discuss pros/cons of the multiple models for filling requests that CE supports, demonstrate available features that might not be known to all Villages, and show the extra-cost Volunteer Self Signup (VSS) module.  This is a good opportunity for those Villages who don’t know if VSS would be effective to understand its capabilities better and to learn how using VSS might change Village processes.  Feel free to invite those people in your Village who assign volunteers to service requests.  Plenty of time for Q+A.

Our purpose is to gather, collectively decide, and present ClubExpress (CE) with Village priorities for software application enhancements, a unified list of issues, and other suggested improvements.  We also offer mentoring to CE users, and help the growing number of CE user Villages work more effectively with the CE organization and the CE application via sharing best practices.  We provide a forum to discuss best practices involving CE’s application.
