Now is the time to apply your experiences and build on your strengths and interests. During this interactive session you will be inspired by a new framework on how to maintain your vitality and create a pathway to live the life and leave the legacy you desire. Meredith Oppenheim, Founder and CEO of Vitality Society will share this inspirational and informational talk recently given at the Harvard Business School 50+ reunions.

Meredith Oppenheim (HBS ’01) is the Founder and CEO of Vitality Society an online platform designed to enrich, engage and empower people 60 and better to remain at their best. The platform which has been featured in the New York TimesForbesHarvard Business School Bulletin and Thrive Global, as well as on abc, FOX and nbc has been referred to as “a lifeline” and a “gamechanger for physical and mental well-being.” Oppenheim has dedicated herself to improving the lives of older people for more than three decades. She spent twenty years gaining operational experience in the senior housing industry working for leading owners and operators. Most recently, she actively asset managed a multibillion-dollar portfolio for a healthcare REIT. Oppenheim also served on Mayor Bloomberg’s Age-Friendly NYC Commission and the NYC Department for Aging board. She is a US Congressional Award winner for her service to seniors and graduate of the Harvard Business School and Cornell University.
